* Washington DC, Lincoln Memorial


#1, It's a rainy day when we drove from New York City to Washington DC, also a hour congestion on the road. We lived a Day's Inn about 5 miles to Union Station. Auguest 29th, 2002, we have a very good tour in the capital's vista points. Whshington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, Korea War Memorial, Arlinton National Cemetery. "Freedom is not free" that's most impressive! We need to viste DC again and would like to stay longer ...... Posted by Hello
